Miles Wine Cellars Apple Riesling Cream Tartin

In a Glass Deep Dish Pie pan:
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter (salted)

In a mixing bowl lightly toss:
2 thinly sliced firm fresh peeled Apples
1 Tablespoon Flour
¼ Cup (packed) Brown Sugar
3 Pinches of dried grated Orange Peel
Place apple slices in buttered pan in fan pattern.

In a small bowl mix:
1 Bar Cream Cheese – Softened
1 Large Egg
7 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk (1/2 can)
1/8 Cup Miles Wine Cellars Riesling

Topping:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 Tablespoons melted butter
Mix well.

Pour cream cheese mixture over apple slices. Evenly cover with topping. Pat down slightly.
Place pan on cookie sheet and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Unmold onto serving plate.
Serve with fresh whipped cream and a glass of Miles Wine Cellars Riesling wine.
