Miles Toasty, Roasty, Really, Tasty, Super Hasty Bites

1 cup of Cabot Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. of roasted garlic
1 tbsp. of Miles Wine Cellars Ghost Wine
1/2 tsp of balsamic vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Toasted bread rounds
1-2 tbsp. of roasted red pepper chopped

Mix garlic, wine, and vinegar together. Blend in shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Spread on bread rounds. Garnish with red pepper. Boil until bubbly. Serve warm with Miles Wine Cellars Ghost wine. Enjoy!
