Miles Wine Peach Shortcake

1 cup Miles Wine Cellars Wisteria
1 cup sugar
8 large peaches, sliced

Mix Miles Wine Cellars Wisteria and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Pour over peaches and allow to sit for 1 hour or more. Serve warm or chilled over shortcake, pound cake or angel food cake. Top with real whipped cream, of course.
