Miles Wine Cellars Pinot Butter Spread

1 stick butter, softened
2 Tbsp. shallot, minced
2 Tbsp. dried cherry, chopped
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. Miles Wine CellarsĀ Pinot Noir

Blend all ingredients with mixer and refrigerate.

Allow to soften slightly before serving on crackers or bread.
