Miles Curry and Riesling Chicken

2 tbsp. Sesame oil
1 c. onion, chopped
4 chicken breast, skinless and boneless
8 oz. of crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. Miles Wine Cellars Riesling
1/2 tbsp. curry powder, according to taste
1/4 c. Tahini

Sauté the onion in the oil. Add the chicken and cook for 20 min. In a small bowl mix the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bring to simmer. Cover, turn to medium low and cook for 40 minutes. Season with salt to taste. Serve with Aromatic Jasmine Rice that is made by replacing the water with 2/3 chicken broth and 1/3 Riesling.
