Miles Cabernet Franc Truffles
1 12 oz. bag of dark chocolate chips
1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp. of Miles Wine Cellars Cabernet Franc
1/2 cup of baking cocoa
Place chips and milk in microwave for 1 minute. Remove and add the Cab Franc, stir well until smooth. If the chips are not completely melted, microwave for another 20 seconds and stir again. Place in refrigerator to cool for at least an hour. Once cool and firm, roll 1 tsp. of the mixture at time into balls and roll in cocoa. Keep refrigerated and serve with Miles Wine Cellars Cabernet Franc for a wonderfully different dessert.
