Miles Wine Cellars Chardonnay Spread

2 blocks of cream cheese, 8 oz. ea., softened
2 Tbsp. Miles Wine Cellars Chardonnay
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. minced onion

Blend all ingredients with a mixer until fluffy. Press into serving dish and top with dried parsley if desired.
