Miles Toasty, Roasty, Really, Tasty, Super Hasty Bites 1 cup of Cabot Sun-Dried Tomato Basil Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1 tbsp. of roasted garlic 1 tbsp. of Miles Wine Cellars Ghost Wine 1/2 tsp of balsamic vinegar Salt & Pepper to taste Toasted bread rounds 1-2 tbsp. of roasted red pepper chopped Mix garlic, wine, and vinegar together.
